Has anyone ordered from these guys or gals. I ordered some tasteless from them early March. Have not gotten an email or seen shipment since. I have emailed them several times and get a response saying that they will get back to me within 24hrs. Still no response. I am wondering if I will have to call my credit card or not.

I'd write and tell them you either want a confirmation of the order immediately or you will contact your cc company. Give them so many days then do it.

Sometimes a threat like that puts a fire under their ..... Have you actually threatened them with contacting your cc company? If so, and no response, then do it.

Update....

Still no item and email sent with threat of calling the CC company. Almost 24hrs since last email has gone out to them and no response. I guess I will call the CC company tomorrow if need be. Bummer I hate it when companies act like such.

Got an email back this morning. They are having supply issues or so I am told. My order should ship soon. He is also taking off the 20 dollar ship charge. We shall see what happens.

Wow! Thanks for the post, I was going to order from them, and now I won't. What is with these people! All they have to do is say is "We are having supply problems" and will contact you as soon as we get them". Instead they make you hassle them for a week, not to mention post negative feedback on forums like this, which I believe can make or break you.

Puresmoker is a great example of having a great reputation for communication, thus they have prospered from the wonder reviews on this forum.

Don't for get to link this forum when emailing them. Let them know that you will post more bad reviews on them if they don't take care of you. The power of this forum is HUGE.
