Placed my order early last month and still no product. The tracking number provided does not work. Emailed Tim 3 times with no response. I just want an update. Order from you many times with no issues. Please reply.

Hi Tim, I have the same issue on my latest order as well.

I ordered on July 10, order number is 13452. It shipped on July 11, and was showing up in Shanghai Airport on July 14. After that, it is not showing any tracking record on the Canada Post......

I have ordered from any place on the same date from China and I had received my stuff almost 2 weeks ago. I wonder if the package is lost or delayed?

Okay, it finally arrived in Canada after a month.... Hope it will be cleared from the Customs soon~
