order tracking failure

hi i was tracking my order ok when eastmall website was up but now its not working the ems website just says no tracking info available got tracking info on the 06/08/10 its now 17/08/10 the worrying thing is i ordere a 99p usb adaptor on ebay from hong kong free postage 7 days ago which turned up today lol and that was free postage

The EMS tracking has nothing to do with our website

it is done by EMS from their own system,

so they must have a glitch in their tracking system-

it is renowned for these little glitches.


and yes, I too have had stuff sent from HongKong in 7 -8 days

and with free shipping too, nice, --

there are a few who do this.


anyways, give it another few days,

if you do not have any tracking by then -
or have it in your hands --

please contact Customer Service,

ask if they can help you to track it.

Yeah, I too ordered on Aug. 5 and still have no tracking from EMS. I am kinda' worried. But, it has only been about 8 business (week) days so I will sit tight. It is easy to get anxious.

Yes, sometimes -- quite often in fact--

the package turns up on your doorstep

with not showing any tracking at all

go figure !!!!!
