Hello. I ordered 6 Eleaf ICare mini kits on Feb. 23rd. My shipment info that I used was Best Way - Economic Way (12-15days). I was wanting to know when I will be receiving the tracking information and whatnot for this order. My order number is

Hi Verashu, please update regarding the order #100015560. Waiting already three weeks for the shipment, which is already a non-sense, waiting the second day in the online chat on your website with no replies from manager, have sent around 5 emails and never received any reply yet. It is starting to be very annoying to me.
Last week your colleagues confirmed to me that the parcel was sent on Friday, 3rd of March. No shipping confirmation has been received ever since.
