My Damn order from Ian has sat at his local since Monday..... unmoved !! and now this announcement..... sheeesh !

I just can't catch a break, as I was really anxious to try his juices I selected with high hopes that they MAY be the ones to kickstart me back into vaping.

If it wasn't for bad luck.... I'd have no luck at all :(

No kidding. If I had known I would've made the drive to Scarberia myself. I'm almost tempted to just order it again and pick it up in person. But I'm sure that if I did, then my original order would show up the next day.

My order from China is taking forever too.
I get the message on CP
Wednesday, June 22, 2011 8:53 AM
LABOUR DISRUPTION AFFECTING THIS LOCATION; ITEM DELAYED
which, looking at other peoples posts is a generic message, its the same date and time for everyone. According to china post my package left china on June 17. Very frustrating.

Well.... if you havn't seen it yet: Canada Post Sucks and I have lost all faith in our national postal service !

From the above-linked article:

"Canada Post’s web-based tracking system has been warning customers to expect delays since late June. The corporation has also suspended all service delivery guarantees."

I hope this means on parcels that they are accepting since this announcement and not those that are currently caught up in the backlog!!! I think that our suppliers should go back to using courier service for deliveries until CP gets it act together!!!!

Just for the fun of it, I just visited CP's website and reviewed their "instant answer" section -- what a crock!!!! They don't actually give any intelligible answers for any of the given scenarios, but rather give you 'double-speak' answers that answer nothing. Wonder who they paid to write those nifty pieces of garbage!!!!

Neighbors:)

I'll try Costco. Homemade soap is the perfect reason :)))

That's exactly what I did. Twice now I've gone to a Safeway pharmacy and asked for propylene glycol (not PG) for handmade soap-making. They had to order it in and I had to pay up front (like $14 bucks for quite a large bottle).

I've tried 4 pharmacies , non of them agreed to sell it!
One lady said "I'm not licenced to sell chemicals"
Tomorrow I'll try the Cosco's one... Hope they will be more flexible:)

I went to all of the pharmacies here too and they said they didn't have PG, but I got a tip today to try the veterinarians, so will give that a shot tomorrow. Also looked for VG and could not find it. I'm going to make a Costco trip on Wed ( 60 miles from here) to see if they have any.
Let me know if you were successful at Costco, please Lilian?

If I need VG I can get some Wilton Glycerine from Michaels crafts. Might want to check if you have one nearby.

Thanks! I am making the trip to London, ON on Wednesday to check out some Shoppers, Costco and now Michaels to try to track down some suppliers for my contraband.

You can find the VG at Walmart, Shoppers, Superstore, etc. It's usually in the band-aid aisle and the label does not say "Vegetable Glycerin" but simply says "Glycerin USP" - hope that helps!

I did it! No additional questions, no werd looks! Just "Let me check if I can order it for you" & "How many do you want to order?" :D

This one I found in Superstore Pharmacy, but it's only 100 ml.

Package 2 finally came! My Tasty Vapor flavors. Too bad I can't try them yet, still need the blank cartomizers from Smokeless. Grrr!

I get my VG at Shoppers too, but sometimes there's only one or 2 bottles left. Costco is a pretty good idea actually. May try there.

Ahh.. another TV fan. What did you get?!
