Ok I'm confused. I thought any hardware was fine as the PV's are not the issue in regards to importation but only the Nicotine. I get it that not every pkg is stopped etc so I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about the actual issue of importing E-cig hardware only.
I didn't think there was an issue.
From what i read about the form's, some are and some aren't, it is like a gamble....but to give you the best advice i can think of, i offer you this quote.....
Listen folks, they DO NOT check every single package. Think about this now, seriously. There are probably hundreds of thousands of packages passing through each day, there is no possible way for them to read every Customs Declaration form for the contents of the box. I've had packages clearly marked to contain nicotine juice come through with no issue at all, and I've had a total of one single package (that was not marked with anything e-cig or nicotine) get randomly stopped, inspected, and returned to the sender. One package in about a hundred.
I think it's about high time people start to realize how rare of an occurrence this actually is!
Edit: It doesn't get lost if they won't let it though, either. They return it to the sender, they don't just keep it forever or throw it away. They send you a letter letting you know what was stopped, and why, and then they return it to wherever it came from. There is so much misinformation about this whole thing it's actually beginning to make me crazy!![]()
So if you order something, and by some rare chance that mount wannahuckaloogie a the rare purple monkey sings for the planets being in alignment, and customs does open the package of PV equipment, then all they will do is send it back to the supplier who will obviously re-package it and try again to send to you
