We are really sorry...unfortunately the events of last week still have us catching up (behind about a day and half) considering we are just training the new hires as well..and believe it or not have had a few key senior people call out sick this week... we should be all caught up by Monday.

If you're only a day and a half behind there is definitely something wrong with my order. I ordered Tuesday. If they don't have them they should at least let me know and give me an option. I've already had to order from another vendor and at this point don't care whether they send them or issue a refund. Better to lose a sale than customers. I've been with SI for over a year now and the service and CS has always been stellar. I've seen a few customers with isolated problems that have been quickly resolved and I hope this is one of them.

It would be nice if my stuff has already shipped but the title of this thread says it all. I waited for this before ordering on purpose. It's quite a chore for me to get to the P.O. more than once a week unless I'm expecting something, which is why I need tracking. Although SI has been my vendor of choice for over a year of the time I've been vaping, I also have aquired a lot of products as gifts and made purchases from other ECF vendors with good products and excellent service. I have about 12 mods and am sitting here vaping a Vmax with a Vivi Nova at 3.8 volts as I type. I was one of the folks that kept bugging Imagine about getting the CE3s because I was using an 808 to 510 adaptor and prefer to buy from SI. In spite of having all this stuff I still prefer my 78mm Volt with Desert Joe and SI 555 as my all day vape for quality and convenience. This is the first "glitch", and I'm sure it's just that, I've had with any vendor I've ordered from. After being in the construction business for over 45 years self employed most of the time and a Superintendent when I worked for others, I'm a real pain in the .... about expecting results. It has become an unfortunate part of my nature and a character defect. Apologies aren't necessary, only results.

Again I am very sorry but it is just growing pains and when we promise results we give them. If everyone around at the beginning of 2012 you will remember we were having major stock/inventory issues... it was a growing pain... we could not keep ANYTHING on the shelves... we promised to resolve that and we did :)

Now there is a staffing need that we are filling but it takes time to train people...that with the system issue we had last week..has just made things a bumpy over the last week and a half.

Hang in there we are working on it.

Just my 2 cents. If the past is any indication of the future, I'm sure SI will work it out. They know that one of the reasons they have such a good reputation is because of there customer service.

With so many companies out there in this industry, the thing that sets the good ones apart is price and customer service and SI knows that. I'm sure they are just as frustrated as we are and are trying to fix it.
