I've been thinking about the plastic ammo boxes too but I've been too lazy to do anything about it.
Anyway, I still have a few of these:

I put them in the plastic tray with the condoms on too, Loner. I didn't push them all the way down, but they fit nice & snug. It's perfect!
Nice collection ya got there...what's in the pillbox? I thought about using one of those too, but wasn't sure what would fit.

I use a small 4 by 5 , 6 compatment plastic box to carry around and a fishing tackle box (medium sized) to keep all of my supplies at home in.
My supply is small by comparison to most. Fits in this small 9-inch wide box....
Well, I've "tackled" the organization issue this way...

The top tier sections are the perfect width for the capped cartos.
When my next order shows up in a day or 2, there will be no more empty space. Hurry up Mr. Postman.

I have two of these... they have adjustable compartment size and a nice hinged lid. Quite large - the other one holds Ts, chargers and etc. $12 from JoAnne's Fabric and hobby store. And I bet I get a thumbnail again, sigh...
Gosh I need to get something to put all of my stuff in... I've already aquired my share... nothing like some of these photos... but I'm sure I am well on my way... )

The white case is a cheap plano storage case from Wal-Mart. The blue cases are ammo cases from MTM CaseGard (P-100-44) from midwayusa.com.

They are designed for .44 mag, cartos fit perfectly with condoms on and will not tip over. I keep the filled carts at front and as I empty one it goes in the back. I can tell at a glance when I need to have a refilling session. As you can tell, I try out new flavors in juice form before I splurge for the prefilled cartos. Once I know I like the flavor, I'll order a 5-pack, so I don't have to continually refill.
The cases are cheap ($3.43 ea) but if order is under $25, midwayusa charges extra $3 small order fee. Still a cheap solution for storing cartos. Could also check ebay.

Hobby Lobby. 4-drawer X 4-drawer plastic crafts accessories storage unit. $10. Holds virtually everything. So far, heh, heh.
I use a wardrobe box $3.00 from Target that has an attached lid and Ziploc cups for little pieces and ammo tray for cartos. This way I can stack as many as I want and they are hidden from seeing inside (my daughter).
I use a the new case for my on the go use with prefilled cartos and batteries.

I use boxes that I got from work. You can get them from usa scientific:

I use the small 50 slot amp box for carts (fits them perfectly) and cry ampule boxes for cartos with the condo's on. They are awesome for travel as well.
I use other hardware store cases for juices and other supplies and a hobby store "bead organizer" for my refilling kit (syringes, blunt needles, filler......)
I will try to post pictures later if I remember.
