So how do all of you guys keep everything organized? Not cases and stuff I have already seen a thread on here about that(deffinately need to get some kind of better case to keep my stuff in) I'm talking about how do you guys keep straight which carts are refilled with which flavor and how many times it has been refilled, which carts are empty/full,which ones need to be refilled/carts that have been used slightly. It is becoming more confusing as I get more carts(thanks to JenJen) and I have an order of more carts coming hopefully tomm or thurs. to make thing even more confusing and unorganized!!8-o

I'm sure everyone has their own system but I have a board I drilled full of holes just large enough to snugly fit a carto with the end caps on. The ones that need to be filled are in the back and the ones that are filled are in the front. The new ones yet to be used are in a different location.

It's really easy for me to spot which is which.

If you change the flavor it becomes a problem., The labels have a sort of waxy surface that doesn't hold any kind of marker well if you handle it. Some people are using really thin Dymo labels.

I keep all my brand new cartos in the tool case storage thingy I got from sears. Each little section holds a different flavor and strength. If I taste or if I am not in the mood for a flavor, I put the condom and .... plugs back on and toss it into a large coffee mug for later when I am in the mood. Cartos that need to be refilled are tossed into a large coffee can (condoms, and .... plugs on).

i use .45 acp (bullets for the unknowing) black shell holders that come in the box, they are perfect. except i need more. i put all flavors into rows. and unfilled cleans have the caps off, need to be cleaned have caps on and no condoms refilled have condoms, its kinda like a ritual ;)

cr12, that's genius!

I have tons of the 45acp holders in boxes!

I would have never thought about that.

This is how I do it. New carts, I keep the plastic caps on both ends. Used tips have no caps. When I refill a cart I put a cap on the battery end and if I have a cart I have used, but not in need of refill yet, I put the cap on the other end.

As far as the flavor of the refilled ones, I use a strip of mailing label and write the new flavor on the cart.

For keeping everything organized... I have purchased a 'recharging station' that has two drawers and a good sized storage area. I keep all the carts, caps, plugs, batteries, etc... organized in this. Another Idea to keep everything stored neatly is a craft organizer or a small fishing tackle box that has drawers and compartments to keep everything separate.

I've got a bunch of tiny little rubbermaid containers.

1 for the used cartos
1 for the ....-plugs, condoms
1 for all the brand new cartos (not refills)

When I refill cartos with juice, I put both the juice bottle and cartos in a container together. So I always know what I'm getting. I have something like 8 of these containers right now with various refilled cartos.

I have a plastic case that I use for my fresh cartos.

I have a big coffee mug on my desk for used ones.

I have a seperate box for refilled ones.

I used to keep all the filled ones together, but once I started sending carts out to people randomly, it was wise to start seperating...so I highly recommend doing that.
