Q. Do you have/want a Pyrex tip, and if you have one, do you like it?

No, and no ..... I'd be afraid of breaking it, I do drop my gear from time to time

Q: Do you own both a VV/VW and Mech mods?

ego spinners, zmax (borrowing from a friend), and an mvp on the way .... I'm currently looking for a mech mod to add to my collection

Yes, I want to get a few more mech mods too, but I also would like to try a few more VV/VW mods too. The only one I have that is VV/VW is my wonderful MVP 2.

Q. What would you get if you could buy any APV you wanted? (You can choose more than one).

What an open ended question. Um, all of them? :) That way I could try them all and really figure out which one I like the best. Seriously, though. On my shopping list is a second MVP and some form of tube APV (I did win a Vamo in a contest a month ago, but the prize must be on a slow boat from China because it still hasn't gotten here...). If the Vamo doesn't come, I'll probably be looking at a Zmax, SVD, or Tesla, but that is only a very rough idea (haven't really done much device-specific research). One day I might even check out one of those expensive things that begin with a P--but not for a while, yet.

Keep it going:

I would probably choose the VTR........although I fear it may be a bit too heavy to be "pocket friendly".

countbordom stole my answer ... it would be so nice to try all of them .... They should make a redbox for mods so you can rent/try them before you buy them!

I've had my eye on the stingray, VTR and Vamo

Keep it going!

Honestly - Because of all the really goog reviews I've read about them - I wouldn't mind getting an MVP2 or a Real 30W "MOD" (with maybe a real "KFUN - Lite" if it was easier to make coils) .'. . But - Then again since I have some stuff - like 2 different "MODS" w/kicks - that I haven't either used or tried out to make sure they even work yet because I'm waiting until I can get "fuse"/"short circuit" . . . And - I also still have a "E-Pipe" that I haven't tried either . . . Yes - It is embarrassing, but the truth . . . So - I really don't think I am going to be getting anything else for quite a while . . . Just Sayin' . . . ;)

2.

I don't know, I am soooo confused with all the clones, real ones and others.
Need reviews and , sheesh. I DON'T KNOW

That's why I asked the question. I can't decide either!

Today I sent to Origin for the 3D Auto Dripper Clone for Nemesis and the Gold Enigma Clone. So many choices!

Nope only a VV/VW device, the SVD, but I also have an MVP 2 on the way :D

If I could choose anything I would just get a Provari, but if it had to be something I could afford at the moment, it would be the VTR.

Kathi... I have difficulty deciding things like this too. That is why I keep asking about vape meets. I would love to have a place to meet people and just get my hands on different things to see how they felt and operated. I would love to go to the one in Vegas, just can't afford it and no B&M stores close and even then, pretty sure they would be quite limited. Perhaps that is part of why I stick with the Vision Spinner2 and my evods. They work great and aren't unwieldy but I am a super heavy vaper and all get charged at least once a day if not more.

Q: Do you rely mostly on site reviews, word of mouth or what when purchasing something new online?

I mostly rely on the great people at the ECF. I also am into video reviews, and the good old spec sheet for the product.

Q: How do you find new vendors to buy goods from?

I've been going on what people have been saying on ECF to determine what gadgets to look at. Then I try to see if there are any videos by a handful of youtube reviewers I can stomach and what they have to say. Then I return to ECF and read more about the product, looking for some of the points the reviewers mentioned and how people coped with them.

Q: How do you find new vendors to buy goods from?
Vendor behavior, presence, and interaction during contests also makes an impact on me. I also like to patronize local businesses, so even if a vendor is online only but their "About Us" section mentions that they are based near me, I will keep them in consideration. I'm lucky to have three very good online hardware vendors near me, but I have also been impressed with how the owners of several other vendors have conducted themselves, and include those, too, for consideration.

I tend to range further afield for liquids--and have only ordered from the same vendor twice (each different ones) so far. However, much of that is due to the scattershot buying spree I went on very early since joining ECF and discovering the Deals and Steals thread right before many holiday sales.

Q: What's your favorite mod that you don't own?
Since I haven't owned it, I couldn't answer this question. I'll refer to my previous answer about what APV I'd like to buy.

I'm going to stick with this question:

Q: How do you find new vendors to buy goods from?

First and foremost - By recommendations from "My" Friends . . . Then researching their overall repetation on the Internet/"eCig" forums . . . AND - Finally "My" experience with them - particularly, when it comes to quality, price point, honesty, and dependability. . .

Amazingly, I have found quite a few through their contest threads too . . . :D

BOTH - Bad & Good . . . :nah: & :thumb:

So - As a result, when I find what - IMO - is an excellent vendor - I usually have become a very loyal customer, especially when they can maintain the same thing that endeared "Me" to them in the first place . . .

Just Sayin' . . . ;)

Answering my own question! Lol
I've found the few I use mostly from contests and further communication with them. The rest, from speaking directly with them, most, if not all, are here on the ECF. I hold customer service above all, if it takes you a week to reply and it's feels automated, I probably won't be ordering from you. Even if the price is SLIGHTLY higher (has to be within reason). I try to be loyal to the vendors I've had pleasant experience with already...

I agree completely with what you said.

The way I found the few I regularly buy from is because of their contests. The ones I buy from are the ones who interact on ECF, and are right there, ready to help when there is a problem. I like to order from the small venders with first class service like Origin.

I have never ordered anything from anyone that is not on ecf. I just trust the vendors that are here and they seem to take care of us and fix anything that would go wrong. Mostly, things just don't go wrong with "our" vendors. Also, I like to trade with people that are in our community.

The one thing that makes me crazy is when I go to a site and there are NO reviews on a particular product. I generally do NOT purchase things with no review.

question for next person....

Are reviews important to you when purchasing a new product?
