Q: What's your preferred setup?

Actually, there are 2 that I use right now, depending on "My" mood . . .

The First, is a Manual 1300 Battery with a T3 (That I just recieved as a Gift) and second is "The Bolt" with either a cartomizer or a VVV Cartomizer-tank (when I am vaping more) . . .

Q: Do you mostly shop at a B&M or online?

ONLY ONLINE . . . All the B&M's around here (and there are even more popping-up all over) are just too expensive, especially knowing that I can get the same items here from venders I know and trust at a much more reasonable price - even with paying for shipping . . . The worst is what they charge for "E-Liquids" that either come from vendors you know online and/or have been rebranded . . . OUTRAGEOUS ! ! !

Now there is one caveat - When I go to the local Vape Meet, there is a vendor (who is also here on ECF) that's gives "Me" a very affordable price on things I NEED . . .

Q: How long have you been vaping, and how many smokers have you converted?

Off and On for the past 3 years - Not a full-time vapor yet as most people know - but still "Vaping" away anyway . . .

Oh - Possibly a few, however I am not sure since it is usually people I have meet in "My" travels at airports or large venues who are interest in knowing more about "eCig's" & Vaping when they see "Me" outside in the "Smoker's" Areas . . . Funny thing, it also usually happens when I am in NYC Area - So of course I've been telling them about "Our" host and how to find Origin Vape online . . . ;)

Only online....I have been to a couple of B & M and they all sell strange juices that I would never buy/vape...(Monkey ...., Bunny Poo, etc....).....I do like to stop in & hold a new tank or RBA or something like that..... so I may buy online if I like it....that way I know what I am getting....but since the first kit I purchased and some juice I haven't bought anything there...

I have been vaping since mid Dec '13...about 6 months. So far I have transitioned 9 and working on another. This is why I am always short of vaping gear. When I go out, I carry a spare everything in case mine goes wonky. Then get to talking to someone about vaping and end up leaving them with gear.

I buy all my vaping supplies online since it is at least a 90 min drive to anywhere that may have something. Last time I tried at one of the mall kiosks, the gal was more interested in not messing up her nails than selling me stuff so not a good experience.

Current set up is 2 900 evod batts, a 1600 Spinner 2 VV and ARO and Evod style tanks. The tanks do me fine but I always have one batt on the charger and one waiting to go on the charger so working on that now.

Q: What's your preferred setup? 1300 Spinner with vt victory most of the time, it's unbreakable, MVP and squid at home for bigger hits and flavor changes, 900 spinner and vt victory at work cause it fits in my pocket :)

Q: Do you mostly shop at a B&M or online? I've never been to a B&M, not yet anyway, so online for now

Q: How long have you been vaping, and how many smokers have you converted? I've been vaping a year, I haven't completely converted anyone yet, but I've got 3 in progress :)

Angel what are you doing up so late???

Ditto on the Reo! I use a few different setup depending on what I'm doing or where I'm going ... still use an ego with a clearo for convenience and to safeguard what little sanity I have left. If I'm doing any kind of heavy work I won't get too crazy if I break something! :D

I'm usually up late Haze...have always been a night owl...it just usually doesn't mix well with having to get up early for work.

And you still have sanity...I never would have guessed! LOL! :p What's that like?

My sister told me to be careful vaping b/c it looks like I'm doing something illegal (and from the looks I get from old people, they might prove her case), but tonight, a police van honked at me (uh oh!) only to pull up alongside me. The cop then pulled out his MVP and took a toot (!) to which I :thumb: and he returned. :D

So my question is: Do you think law enforcement knows all the MODs/APVs out there to know we aren't doing something illegal?

Do you mostly shop at a B&M or online?

I have only made two equipment purchases at a B&M, and those were two cheap eGo starter kits when I first started vaping. I also bought my juice from them for the first month, but other than that all of my purchases have been online. I do have a vape shop near me that has a great selection of items, but the prices are pretty outrageous - i.e. - MVP 2 for $79.99 and SVD for $99.99, both of those prices are double what I paid online.
Q: How long have you been vaping, and how many smokers have you converted?

I have been vaping for 5 months and 8 days, as you can see in my signature :D and so far I have converted 2 people. The funny part is the 2nd person I sort of converted was the person who got me to try vaping, my mom. I say sort of because she started vaping before me, but never could get off the smokes. She did immediately reduce how many cigs she smoked per day, but she wasn't able to completely quit until I convinced her to buy an eGo-C Twist 1300mAh and some bottom coil clearomizers :thumb:

So my question is: Do you think law enforcement knows all the MODs/APVs out there to know we aren't doing something illegal?

My guess is that a lot of law enforcement officers have some idea about vaping, but I doubt they know all the different devices, and I'm guessing that most have no clue about anything but eGo's and Clearomizers (I doubt they know about some types of devices, like RDA/RBA's).

First, who knows all the MODs/APVs out there? People post pictures of things they find on this board and people are sometimes still scratching their heads to figure out the exact model after five pages--and we (everybody on ECF) are pretty much the experts! I think it also depends on where people live and the experiences of the cops and other law enforcement or emergency personnel. There are some inner city neighborhoods where something like a mod will be considered a weapon before it's even considered a delivery mechanism for an illicit substance, let alone just a PV. On the other hand, cops who vape probably have some inkling. Also, consider what the the cop's reaction would have been if he had pulled out his MVP and you immediately tried to hide your vape. I suspect you would have been pulled over right then and there.

New question:
How long does something have to not be used (juice or hardware) before you consider PIFing or throwing it away?

I guess it's time for a new question??

How far are you willing to drive to get to a BM store ?

Thanks for the contest :)

I guess that would depend on what I needed. If i was rebuilding a coil and realized I was out of Kanthal then I would probably be willing to go on an all day road trip to find some. For the most part though I never really visit any B&M stores.

I like this question! I always get really nervous when I vape and realize a cop saw me. In my area, vaping is pretty rare, but there is plenty of "other" equipment available, so I expect they probably think I'm using the "other" stuff.

I will be working, running a child to a school function and another to a family member's. That should be enough for one weekend, you're supposed to rest, right!?

So now do I ask a question? If so:

Is your favorite vape peppermint, too? If not, what is it?

I don't have one favorite…that's like choosing one favorite food! I love coconut, pear, ginger….

I would hope that law enforcement stays educated and up to date with the times, but yes, I do get nervous if I'm seen

not far, gas is expensive, shipping costs are nothing compared to gas prices!

Good ones ... pick one or answer both :) .....

Not far. But, then again, I have seven (that I can think of off the top of my head) within a 10 minute drive. The furthest I've driven has been to one about 25 minutes away.
