I don't really have an issue with the muffler system. It seems to do well and 15w is plenty enough for me. The only issue I had was with the 9.9 error no matter what I did. Since that has been resolved it is fine. It was very frustrating and it kind of makes me feel stupid that I got that mad and it turned out to be a setting. I guess I have either not heard or never paid attention to the P5 area of the orion which controls voltage protection. If that setting is out of range of the battery (batteries) you are using then it will not fire. Seems a little over-complicated to me but whatever, its fixed now.

15 watts is pleanty for me too but the muffler being that its pointed directly on the coils makes the vapor to hot..I like my vapor warm but not to a point that it irritates my throat...I like the conventional L shape air intake system with the hole in front of the wick as oppose to on the wick...I think that if Les would have stuck with the hole in the cap lined up with the wick, the demand for the device would have sky rocketed....its actually a very nice device...the quality is outstanding and comparable to none....he could have made it like the arrow or the foggy withe the air hole on a lil wall in front of the wick, even that would possibly been better for this device.
