My OSDIY Blue Slush 60ml master has steeped nicely. Could be used as Stand-Alone.

About ready to break it down into Four 15ml Bottles and try some Multi-Flavor Variants.
I use the Blue Raz Slush as a stand alone flavor and it is one of my adv and favorites. Matter of fact--have a tank full in a monster kayfun and the taste is the best yet and the clouds are almost blinding. LOL

:)

It is a Good Stand Alone. And I can see why it is So Popular.

When I get a New Flavor, I like to make about 60ml or so and let it "Steep" for 3 or 4 Days. Then decide whether it might be Best as a Base Flavor or as an Additive.

I think this would be a Good Base or Stand Alone Flavor.

For a Base/Stand Alone Flavor, I like to split it down into Four 15ml Bottles and then Add some Other Flavors to it. Thinking maybe adding some Sweet n' Tart, Pink Lemonade, and Cherry. And keeping the 4th Bottle as my Baseline.

That does sound good. I have been doing a bit of that myself on occasion. Like adding a bit of koolada, or vbic....yum

The recipe sounded so interesting that I just mixed up a REO bottle full for a sample batch. I did 10% each of the LS and LL.
I'll let it sit in the cabinet for a couple days before I try it.
Tis good!

Maybe I have missed it along the way, but I am curious about the % you are using for the Blue Raz Slush as a stand alone. Thanks.....

I'm making it with 20% total flavoring, 10% each of Lucky Shot and Lotta Latte in one mix.
I was a bit reluctant too, because I don't usually mix at 20% total. It's why I made a small batch at first. But it works well.
Me, too. I find that the OSDIY blends I've tried so far need a % boost.

I think the consensus is 10% as a sweet spot.

I have gone as low as 8% but that's because for me and my taste buds that was where I was at. I have been vaping a long time and for a while 10% was just too strong after it steeped for a while.

I use the BRS at 10%, although I do get the feeling sometimes that it could use a little more. Next batch I may bump up to 12%.

My second try I actually used 15% BRS
And 3% koolada
But I like sweet stuff so YMMV[emoji4]

So far, with the 6-7 One Stop Flavors and One Stop Blends I've tried...I haven't found one yet that wasn't good as a standalone. Since they're formulated to actually be standalones, I was surprised when Kimberly told me the LL & LS blend has been her ADV for 3+ years. Now, it's also 1 of my favorites, and almost an ADV for me, too. She said TFA Key Lime @ 5% + LS @ 10% is also good together, as a version of a Key Lime Pie. So, I tried it and liked it, too, and so did several vaping friends.

ETA: I think my next 1 to try is a 2:1 mix of the BRS and the PL that someone posted about on their website. He was trying to make a clone of something, and he said he and his wife both liked this much better!

I recall reading that some folks just can't taste berry flavorings? If so I apparently am one of them.

All the raves about BRS are what sent me to OSDIY. Unfortunately I can't find the Raz in it. Same with their Strawberry Milk, Barely taste a hint of Strawberry. I'm sure it's just me.

However I do like their Old Tyme Root Beer, Pink Lemonade, and another that won't come to mind at the moment. Thier chocolate mint flavor is okay but more like milk chocolate than the dark chocolate that I expected.

Edit: Oh Sweet Southern Tea was the other one I liked. And that pretty much covers all that I've tried.

I've combined just a tiny bit of TFA Bittersweet Chocolate in recipes with Milk Chocolate before, and it gave me the dark choc. flavor I wanted. Maybe it'll do it for you, too. It's kind of like when combining TFA Strawberry Ripe + TFA Strawberry gives a better Strawberry blend, IMO.

...

I taste more Blue than Raspberry when Solo Mixed. More of a Raspberry aftertaste on the Back-End.
