You people have obviously been sheltered. Has no one else ever had Skyline Chili in Cincinnati? Chili no beans atop a mound of spaghetti smothered with a mountain of cheddar cheese. Omg.

they used to serve that in a coffee shop chain here ..everyone who ate it all the time died early of a heart attack ..joking but they also had added a burger patty to it ...yuck .spaghetti is spaghetti and chili is chili and yes Katz in texas real chili has no beans .

And I'd like to add to that, mac'n'cheese is mac'n'cheese. Nothing added necessary (except a little paprika).
