Looooong story. Haha. I'll try to keep it short. Basically, I was going through a really hard time when I got Sen. Coheed and Cambria(fav band) had just released their new album. Without going into much of the story, the first song ends with the lyrics "who will repair this broken heart" and the next song is Sentry the Defiant.

That dog could definitely mend broken hearts! She could be the sister of the one we bought my Dad not long after Mum died - he was a great dog and terrific companion to Dad.
We had a dark brindle one with no white markings save for one white sock: Penny - she grew up with our boys and was all things to all people. Lunatics when young, but a wonderful breed

I would love to see that! I have a weeping cherry tree that goes all around my upper sleeve with a winding and crooked branches to represent my daughter (the pink flowers) and my sobriety journey (the winding a crooked roads I took). It's so special to me and I wear it with pride. I'll post a pic of it, too sometime.
