Just grilled some ribeyes and eggplant and zuccinni, roomate made fried green tomatoes, and fresh mushrooms, oh and fresh baked sourdough french bread... I'm a happy camper

Yes, mmmmm - I used to love fried spam on family camping trips! Spam gets a bad rap IMHO. There are far worse things to eat!

I have to make enchiladas AGAIN per hubbys request ....oh joy ,he's like a 5 yr old who just wants certain things for a bit ,so well do mexican rice and a salad and call it good .
There are 50 million mexican restaurants here nearby and in hmb made by genuine people of mexican heritage but I HAVE to make enchiladas lol ??????

It was cold & rainy today so I marinated chicken strips in honey teriyaki & stir fried with oriental veggies (love those cute little baby corns) served over brown rice....& a salad with the in-law's garden tomatoes. Boring but warm
