V4L = stand up guys!!!

Well...I'm a happy camper :)
I've ordered a lot since just before X-Mass, and a few orders were off, but since there are so many goodies they put in, I never said anything until....
I ordered a black shorty, and made sure to note I wanted a "BLUE" led. Well it came, but it was green led, and I'm sorry--I really dislike green as a light on my e-cig.
To make a long story short, I called Mark and he sent me what I was looking for...a black Shorty with Blue led :) So yes they may be growing fast, and having growing pains, but they still care about their customers,and I will always be a fan of V4L!

Skinny; I feel the same way about the people at V4L. They are great !! There are many others that feel the same way. I think this is a great post and it keeps everything in perspective. They have grown ALOT but they still go out of ther way to do something special for a member of their family no matter how busy they are. That's just who they are. They remind us everyday how we should ALL be everyday. That doesn't mean they are going to make everyone happy all the time, But they will do everything they can if given a chance and the correct information. It should be enough to know that if it can be done it will and if not they will do there best to make it up. Sometimes it is not possible when WE want it or the way WE want it but it will happen . WE just have to let them take care of it. So you go ahead and keep posting. Some of us are listening and enjoying what we hear ! THANKS SKINNY AND THANKS V4L!!!!

Chrome Batt. Shiny. MMMMMM. As long as the LED isn't orange, I don't really care. In fact even if it is orange. The less my PV looks like a cigarette, the better. When it's stuck in my mouth and activated, I can't see it.

Waitress at the restaraunt this morning said that another customer complained about my smoking. Said the smell was making her sick. I turned to her and apologised, told her I would put it out right away and ground the batt into my palm. The look on her face was priceless. Of course, then I took a big ol' vape, smiled and said "I don't smoke." I felt like the king of the world when I said those three words. It was the first time I was able to say it.
No more complaints.

I was being very conservative so that it didn't seem like I was flying off the handle...

Skinny, I said I'm glad you got what you wanted. I'm just worried that if more people were as picky and would 'threaten' to not buy from V4L because of something like this, V4L would go out of business making everybody happy. They already have shown time & time again how they aren't doing this for the money, they do this to give us all the chance to be healthier and happier.

My opinion is that V4L's customer service is TOO GOOD! It's actually detrimental to the company if people take advantage of their generosity. Imagine if Walmart replaced items that customers said were 'defective' or just 'wrong color', and even told the customer to keep the original.. They'd have been out of business their first week of starting that.

I'm loyal to V4L.. Why? Because they've proven to me that they are honest and willing to help us all with whatever we need. I don't want to see them get hurt, any more than I want to see ANY of my friends get hurt.

I'm not saying you shouldn't have made this thread, I just wanted to add a cautionary post to it that stated that this wasn't the norm and shouldn't be expected.

Thanks dude, you were sort of pretty good with your response, it was the other posters that bugged me more with the snide come backs hidden in their text ( like I said, if they were V4L staff, I would go someplace else).

First, this was a happy post to praise V4L, not to dis them or start trouble. I admire what they are doing a lot.

Also people here have been saying things about service, supply, and about their growth.
I thought I would tell my story to keep the happy vibe going.

Apparently, people do not understand--nor do they know what the situation was with my order, so really, they should not even say anything about it.
I'm sure in the future V4L will break down the product more with SKU's to fill orders better, or stream-line the product more to avoid hassles for stocking and ordering.
I'm sure it's all part of quickly growing, and being caught off guard. Lords knows I understand this since I've worked with small companies growing into large companies.

Without exposing pricing and such, I can assure you they can afford to take care of their customers they way they are, and if it gets out of hand for them, they can easily bring things back to how they want it if they choose.

I feel what happened between us was totally the right thing all around (mistakes happen), and I was happy about it--that's all.

To the rest of you that mock my wanting a product the way I want it, well sorry--it's my money and I want what I want. To other who agree, or understand--you get it, and I thank you ;)
