I heard from OvaleUSA that they should have them between dec 5th and 10th depending on customs.
That's correct, for Ovale. While those of us who sell joyetech can't sell the eVic until Dec 20th! Same as w/every new product lately, including: eCab when it was new and most recently eRoll too (my fav new e-Cig, love that 3.7v in such a tiny package!).
I just got a couple of PM's, so let me put a few things out there here for all:
My eVics are on their way, but I can only "test n review", no sales til the 20th (same for ALL U.S. vendors). Those of you that know me, please don't ask, I cannot (and would not) risk it w/JoyeTech. I will however post my opinions, photos, video, etc. (whichever is asked of me) here on ECF if anyone wants me to. If not enough people ask, I won't. I'm fairly shy and low key, as my post count indicates, that's why I've never done reviews on any other new items. Besides, there are enough reviews out there already and done by good, well respected peeps!
***I.E., one of the peeps I respect and love to watch n laugh at (damn, he's funny!):
So if that's the case (if I don't post anything), PM me and I'll send you my "review", pics n vids, privately. Just for the eVic, and only because it seems I'll have mine before anyone else I've heard of in the U.S. so far (unless PBusardo beats me

That is because joytech only manufactures them..... Ovale Korea develops and patents almost all products that joy tech makes.... Ovale does not have a plant. and Joytech dosesnt have really good R&D. in return Ovale gets exclusivity for a time. EGO, ECAB, EMINI, EGO-C are all ovale tech, assembled by joytech.
Saw a lot of talk (and a link) about custom tube mods which would allow us to use different sized batteries. I'm actually wondering if if eGo-T Mod tubes are interchangeable with this unit. I was browsing around the JoyeTech site and the tubes looked very similar. It would still be 18650, but a semi-official color mod might interest some (or maybe just me). I could just buy the control head unit and use my blue eGo-T Mod tube if they are interchangeable. Would make a stunning PV IMO.
Edit: Hmmm, somewhere I had gotten the impression the screen text and icons lit up in blue. Looking back it seems to be white. Maybe a color selector in the software for V2?
