Overpowering taste/after-taste with all liquids / juices

i find menthol keeps the taste for me, i smoked analogue menthol's. i dont mind berry either

all other liquids /tabacco/honey/ anything else just tastes like wet sock to me

Now, I don't know if the "The Orignal Special China Made eliquid" is Dekang or not?

There are more Chinese Liquid suppliers than Dekang, and it seems to me that Dekang itself has more than one line in terms of quality, too. Just because it's Chinese does not mean it's bad, just as "US" or "European" doesn't necessarily mean it's good.

From what I've read, it seems to me that Dawn had and has very high quality stuff, so I would not worry too much about suddenly getting Dekang's cheapest. (I only read about it because for obvious reasons I don't exactly buy much in the US.)

Hey Elliot, Will do. JC Tenn and Halo up next. I hope one of them will hit the spot. Will also try DIYFlavorShack based on the recommendations here. I did pm Dawn and she did confirm that it's not Dekang! So, even though it's chinese, but it's not a Dekang is a big plus.

Someone else mentioned TastyVapor - I have an email to them to see if they confirm whether it's Dekang or not.

So, I got home and I had the following juices waiting for me in the mailbox:

1. TW - Hilton, Virginia, French Pipe.
2. JC - Tenn Cured
3. LiteCig - 555

So, I did a few puffs of each carefully cleaning out my atty's with every new one I tried. I didn't even try the LiteCig, can smell it directly from the bottle and I know I'm going to taste the perfume!

So, here it goes: with the perfume taste on a scale of 1 thru 5.

TW - French pipe! Holy Moly! Is that stuff strong! It definitely tastes like strong pipe, french or not. Perfumey taste - 1.

TW - Virginia. Perfumey Taste - 4!!!! 8-o What the *** beep!!

TW - Hilton. Perfumey Taste - 2. Again what the *** beep!!

JC - Tenn Cured - Perfumey Taste - 0!!!! Bingo! However, it's definitely a acquired flavor. And I can see why Droopy was offended by it! It's not for everyone's taste buds. And it's not something I would vape everyday either. It has this weird almost an old mediciney sweet like taste to it BUT NO PERFUME! AND THAT IS A BIG PLUS! So, for now I'll vape on this stuff.

I'll have to order their Original Tobacco and maybe one other flavor to test it out. DC2, have you tried their Original Tobacco? Maybe you can tell me what you thought of it?

And I'm now waiting on Halo Smooth 8 to come in (that was the only flavor they had left and I'm getting desperate). And I placed an order for DIY. (555, flue cured and Red Bull). So, we'll see how that goes.

DC2, I'll update your thread with my findings on TW juice from here.

Many of us lose the sense of taste at some point or another and need to change off to a different flavor.

Every night though? 555 tastes like Kent? That's unusual.

Just a thought... you may not be hydrating yourself enough. PG is a humectant. Perhaps your taste buds are dehydrated by the night time?

I have been wondering about the "dehydration" factor ... was wondering why i wasn't so dehydrated on analogs ... is it because of the pg? this may answer one of my biggest questions on here ... seems like every part of my body has dried out since i started this on 2/19

Yes, both PG and VG are humectants, and they grab water molecules.
That is why everyone says to drink more fluids when vaping.

Well, I used to always use Johnson Creek Tennesee Cured until they changed the forumla a few months ago. I still liked the new formula okay, but not as much as the old formula.

Then I discovered Nhaler High Voltage juice and I love the RY5, Virginia, and 555 flavors. But the High Voltage juice is that it is only 12mg, which is perfect for me, but is probably too low for most.

I have not tried any of the other Nhaler High Voltage juices, so I can't say anything about them.

I would also suggest trying some of the MyFreedomSmokes juices. I've liked everything I've gotten from them. Unfortunately, I haven't tried any of their tobacco flavors yet, so I can't speak to those either.

The 510 battery doesn't seem to bring out the full flavor, and leaves them tasting a bit sickly sweet to me, although I have never been able to convince myself that there was a perfume taste to them. But there may very well be, because I know I get a little bit of that perfume taste from the HV Peanut Butter Cup and HV French Vanilla, even on my Chuck.

I can vape the keoke coffee, peanut butter, and maple for quite awhile though.

Other flavors I got from them that I like but can't use them by themselves for long are clove, english toffee, butterscotch, coffee, chocolate, caramel, and prailines and cream. But these flavors I only use for mixing with High Voltage Kent to make my own mix on occasion. The HV Kent, by itself, is too tobacco tasting for me but it mixes well.

Cool. I'll try the RY4 and the keoke coffee. So far I have always ordered tobacco flavors from everyone; and maybe I need to get away from that and just go with a different kind of flavoring.

BTW, and you may already know this, but JC has VG in it! DIdn't know that but I looked at their ingredients. I can't do VG; it acts weird with my lungs 8-o - LOL! So, I started to feel a little different, I looked it up.

So, unfortunately, not something I'll be able to vape on a regular basis.
