Hello all,
A little history first. I am a 20+ year 1PAD smoker, and I'm interested in vaping for harm reduction.
I just bought my first e-cig yesterday, it's a eGo-C and uses the lil iClear 16 tip/reservoir attachment. The juice I'm using is Indigo Vapor (Calypso Flavor) at 18mg/ml Nicotine.
The tip/reservoir is marked in ml, and this one holds up to 1.6 ml.
My question is: How much of this liquid am I supposed to be using a day?
I've read on the forum that some folks go through up to 6ml a day! I'm kind of leery about giving myself a nicotine overdose, so I've been pretty cautious with my vaping. I'm also leery that if I don't use this thing right, I'll suffer from nicotine withdrawal and give up on vaping.
That being said, I'm not REALLY craving an analog and I may be over thinking the whole thing.
Any advice is appreciated.
