Also I'm getting pretty intense battery sagging. Popped in brand new fully charged vtc5, purple Efest 35A and the LG HE2.

At 0.8 ohms and 22watts, my battery level drops by about 30 to 40% when I fire. Anyone having the same issue?

I just set mine at 29.3 watts on my .6 ohm coil build and I'm not getting near the sag you are getting. Fresh vtc4. Maybe 10% sag.

The only attie that I have that trouble with on the ipv2 is my r91 v2 with the spring loaded center pin. All the others have been fine. Good luck with yours.

If you know it's not your build such as screws coming loose, then check to make sure that the positive screw in the 510 on the ipv is making solid contact. You may need to try unscrewing it a quarter turn, if your atties are sitting completely flush it may be that the positive screw is making intermittent contact.

If the problem persists unfortunately it is probably time for a warranty replacement. Mine has never had inconsistent resistance readings, has always been spot on.

Yeah I'm gonna give it a week and see how it goes. Hopefully it's just a matter of getting the connections between the mod and the atties right. None of my atties apart from my taifun gt and kayfun sit flush.

I have had some of the issues that you have had as well. I do get the massive battery sag on both of my VTC5's, but it is more with my 0.3ohm than my 1.4ohm or 1ohm setup - but each of the sag anywhere from 30% - 10%. I am not sure how to interpret it but I wanted to let you know that you aren't the only one experiencing this. As far as the atty sitting flush - my igo-w and kayfun are close, but my magma....lol not even a chance in hell. Someone before recommended that the 510 pin may not be all the way down. My personal recommendation (if you have an extra one) is to give it just about 10% more force than it takes to just screw it normally. Be careful not to strip it, but it snugs down if you give it just a little oomph. I started trying to get it to go too far and it stripped some, so just be careful. On the bright side that little space will make sure to keep your atty///mod cool, which could be nice if you don't mind the aesthetics. Past all of this and the charging issues (noted a few pages back) I am loving it and I hope you are as well.

Welcome back to the mainland and enjoy your IPV!

Welp. The batt sag has gone away. Weird.

My magma (FT clone) has quite a bit of gap, but not too much to bother me:

Some folks have had success taking out the adjustable 510 pin in the IPV, but if I do that I don't have any connection. Oh wells!

Sad times...hopefully the 454 will fit nicely.

It looks like I'll be waiting a while to use my estia with my IPV2....I wasn't aware that the new 510 estia adapter removes for hybrid still...ughhhhh.. after the countless emails over 3-4 months about an adapter, didn't tell me about that. Of course, buzz exposed this information after it's on its way from Greece.:(

The 454 will be fine. I screw the base on my mods before putting the center on. The 454 base doesn't have a stop. You will see what I mean when you get yours.

I do have about 2 extra magma bases laying around.....I am thinking about taking a dremel to them and figuring out the amount you have to take off of them in order to get them to sit more flush. I will try to get it handled and may get around to a DIY in the next week or so. Last I checked that 510 didn't do much of anything on the atty so taking it down by a few mm shouldn't effect anything negatively.

The battery life with this has been way better than my KSD Hana Modz v3 clone. I just went 2 and a half days without having to charge/change the battery when I'd have to do it pretty much daily with the KSD. The battery wasn't even drained completely and I just changed it since I was trying out different screws on the back plate. I'm using VTC5s and have been vaping between 22 and 28 watts like I normally do.

They offered to redo my custom wrap...it's honestly worth it to get a custom wrap...cuz you get two(I was told at least 90% of the time this is the case), and they will get it perfect for you...solid company.

Yeah, they gave me two when I had a custom one done awhile back.

Lower resistance your pulling more amps from the battery

Haha no film! The scratches are on the screen. I even used a pin to try to scrape off the film. Nope. It's not there and I ended up adding one more long scratch hahaha.

And yeah got em from fatdaddyvapes. Also while they are handy and allows for tools free removal, the screw itself is pretty damn small, so it's still quite a chore to slowly take it off. But I'm liking it the way it is with the thumb screw.

Oh OK , i thought so, it's not possible to fool you , should of known better lol. Doesn't anybody offer those types of screws but with a penny size circle for grip , that would be ideal .

I wonder if someone can drill a hole in something like a penny slightly smaller than the grippy part of those screws and tap them solid with a hammer to have a much larger gripping surface.

I just got a Magma FT clone and it's incredible , funny thing is that it sits flush on my iPV 35 watt with center screw installed.
