Sure. If its the Panasonic 18650B 3400 mah, it would be a great battery for a low drain application like a flashlight, but
not for a mod. It's an IMR/hybrid, but the chemistry is heavily weighted to the ICR side so it is not high drain (
only 6.8 amps). Same deal with the Panasonic 18650A 3200 mah, just a
6.8 amp battery.
The below Panasonics are a better choice for a
mod, as they
all have 10 amps continuous and considered "high drain". (Pay attention to model numbers) Not applicable for sub-ohm use.
