Sure. If its the Panasonic 18650B 3400 mah, it would be a great battery for a low drain application like a flashlight, but not for a mod. It's an IMR/hybrid, but the chemistry is heavily weighted to the ICR side so it is not high drain (only 6.8 amps). Same deal with the Panasonic 18650A 3200 mah, just a 6.8 amp battery.

The below Panasonics are a better choice for a mod, as they all have 10 amps continuous and considered "high drain". (Pay attention to model numbers) Not applicable for sub-ohm use.

CGR18650CH 2250mAh 10A
NCR18650BD 3200mAh 10A
NCR18650PF 2900mAh 10A
NCR18650PD 2900mAh 10A
Orbtronics uses Panasonic and other manufacturer's cells which they re-wrap with the Orbtronics label. If you're looking for a battery for sub-ohm applications the Orbtronics SX30 is a 2100mah 30 amp continuous battery.

I've used the 3400 b4 in a mech but I was only at 4 amps.
I also wouldn't use them in a mod, especially withj the power they pull now a days.

If not using very high wattage these look promising

Since I am under 10 amps in my mech I been using the 2900pf.

One of the best cells ever for mid power.
If Panasonic ever makes a 20+ amp cell the other brands are gonna have to step it up lol

Thanks Bad… I knew I could count on your knowledge again (and again, etc…) I've been using the sammy 25r for the most part. They do good. Was just window shopping on line and saw these advertising. Was wondering about them. Thanks for the info you always provide to us. I never tire of it.

I ended up getting a couple of the SX30 from Orbtronics, and a couple VTC5 (2015 new released) and a couple Sam 25r. Thanks again for your help Bad.
