Yeah, I did a *job* on myself the other day.
We automatically quit a cigarette when we have the right dose, vaping has too much of a delay. When I was 1/2 smoking 1/2 vaping, I didn't have a problem but the first time I vaped 3/4 of a day, I overdid.
My overdose lasted throughout the evening and all morning the next day. I had been vaping 24 mg. The trouble is, when I get that kind of anxiety, I want to puff, and *that* didn't help, of COURSE.
So I bought some 0 nic juice and now I keep a bottle around, and switch to that if I start noticing I'm a little hyper-alert. I wish there was a juice with a little dandelion-root flavor or something to add back in the bitterness that is missing in 0-nic juice.
So I'm varying between analogs, 24 juice, 12, and 0. I got marking pens to color-code the little condoms I have on my cartos in my carrying case, so I know which is which nic level.
The anxiety attack finally ended after I'd switched to 12 mg and analogs for the day, and had a HUGE lunch (Indian Chaat, Yum!) and a walk, along with a lot of liquids -- my 0 mg had not yet arrived.
