I have ordered from other vendors,
took them 10 days or less to get it delivered to Taiwan.

From what I heard here,
thought I'm in good hands ordering Vapor4Life.

After almost a week, I got an e-mail from V4L,
telling me they have completed my order.
That was SLOW, a week to complete an order. I thought.

Now bottles of 10ml BWB juice were taken out of steeping,
well, either this, or analog.

Today being day 17 since order placed, I know, I'm going to run out soon.
...It's about time to panic.

That is very unusual, however not impossible. A poster here recently commented on not receiving the "order has shipped" email in the timely fashion we have all been accustomed to. It was brought to V4Ls attention and they took care of it as they will take care of you. No reason to panic. If you do not receive your "order has shipped" email within one business day, please be sure to contact them right away.

    Day 18, still no idea where my order is.

    Of course CS can help; they will at the minimum be able to tell you where your order is. PM Mark or Chadley or Steve if you don't want to go the CS route. V4L is a great company, I'm sorry you're having a bad experience, but I know they will make it right for you. Just give them a chance.

    First email subject line after placing order should say: Vapor4Life Order Confirmation
    Second email subject line after placing order should say: Your order has shipped...

    Do not reply to either of those emails, they are outbound only.

    You can:
    1. Open a ticket at: V4L :: Support Ticket System
    2. email customer_service@vapor4life.com
    3. PM Dohsma or Chadley
    4. Skype: just search Vapor4Life
    5. Phone (847) 239-5374

    The only thing to do now is to decide which one of these five ways you will use to inform them so that they can help you. It's up to you now.

    If they don't hear from you, how will they know you are having concerns? How will they be able to help you?

    Unfortunately, the mail I received said nothing about shipped, only complete.
    Tried ticket system, reply from Vapor4Life Support says:
    If you do not have it by 7/13 we can reship it.

    (By 7/13, I would be back smoking analogs)

    So I tried Chad, tells me to wait till Friday.


    To be clear on this, I'm not saying V4L should be responsible for shipping time,
    but they could do a lot better than taking almost a week to complete an order.

    No reason to panic.

    If you're in a country that the only legal source of acquiring e-cig equipments and liquid is online overseas order.
    You've opened the last couple 10ml bottles that was suppose to be steeping.
    Ordering from other vendors now would mean another 7-10 days of shipping time.

    ... I would feel uneasy.

    There are underground source somewhere hidden in the city, but I had no connection.
    Analogs are just less than 2 minutes' walk away, all kinds of them, under 3 bucks, I see them everyday when I pick up my newspaper...
    I'm beginning to sound like a druggie.

    I understand the frustration. I see that if today is the eighteenth day, you placed the order on 5/28 which was a Saturday and we had a national holiday on that Monday 5/30, so there would be no mail picked up until at least Tuesday. That was the weekend when the computer glitch happened with a few orders. Today is only the 11th business day since you placed the order, so please give them a chance to make you smile.

    I'm aware of Memorial day, yet the ticket system response from Vapor4Life Support I got today says,
    "Your package was shipped on: 5/28"
    (The whole thing just does not fit, this "Vapor4Life Support" is doing such a lousy job)

    So, was it the glitch that got me that great discount when I ordered?
    That made me smile ...at that time.

    Glad to see that you haven't written V4L off, and that you were able to get some supplies. If it were me, tho, I'd still PM Mark or someone and find out what went wrong and how they intend to keep it from happening again. Just my :2c:

    Your order is obviously held up in customs. I will reship it.....just send me your order number :)

    order info sent via PM.

    Not sure about custom though, don't like them,
    they open and check some of my e-cig packages,
    but has not confiscated those packages before.
    (If they were to hold my packages, they should at least send me a notice, I think)

    V4L people has stepped up, hope all goes well.
    ... should I worry about ending up on V4L's blacklist? :laugh:
