Do the packages have to go through Hong Kong to get to you?
Unlikely. The delivery address says Taiwan, not china.
Since Taiwan and china are two different country,
I don't see why HongKong has to do with this.

They're illegal in hong kong Espresso (sir or Ms.?) so if the package has to go through there, or any other place they might be illegal, you will have a lot of delay issues......
Follow up:
It's been over a month since I ordered, about 2 weeks since Chadley says he's reshipped.
No sign of either the original package that should have arrived, or the so says reshipped.
And Espresso as I said, if the package has to go through there or any other place where they are illegal not to mention depending on how much juice you ordered, could be the major hold up on why your package keeps getting held up in customs....
Espresso...I would contact your customs office....regardless of the fact that you have received juice from another vendor without issue, much of the time it is dependent on how it is declared. V4L most likely does not declare the items being shipped to you in the same manner as another vendor. Customs all around the world are getting a little stricter these days as to how they handle shipments based on how they are declared. I 100% assure you that if you ordered it, it was shipped....and if Chadley says he's reshipped, he has done so. This is a company with extreme integrity. There is a reason they have such a vast following.
Espresso you did make yourself clear, but think you keep missing my point. There are alot of customs issues sending anything out from the us via the pacific, hence my constant repeating of any other country, territory, place, etc. where they might be illegal...... Have a good day Espresso.
With what?
I don't even have any proof V4L send them in the first place, nor the reship.
I believe V4L sent my order, that's all.
Don't tell me about followers, it does not mean a thing for me.
The reason I order from V4L?
A relative of mine gave me 4 V4L batteries, out of 4, 1 of diamond series does not function well.
Yes, I have tried all the method mentioned on ECF, with no success. I attribute this to not using V4L cartomizers, this is why I order from V4L. (despite that I do not favor chinese eliquid)
And, you know what? Even it does not work well with V4L caromizers (that I should have got a loooooong time ago), I would say it was just bad luck and trash that battery. Sending it back would not be worth it.
Well, it is quite apparent that you do not wish for any assistance from us here in this forum.....I would suggest you keep your dealings with V4L between you and them....email, phone whatever. Have you even asked them for a mailing confirmation number or any way to track that package?????? Contact them directly as, like I just stated, you do not wish for any of our assistance! Good Day to you

Well....to use your words...."you obviously did not read my post......." CONFIRMATION NUMBER OR TRACKING........here I will make it easy for you.......I will highlight in my last post.....
I have followed this thread since you FIRST posted it......contacting CS just because you did not receive your order is not what I was referring to.....get the numbers and contact Customs.....
Another piece of advice.....you will get much better help not talking down to those that are wanting to help you.....do not talk to us as if we are peon idiots!!!
USPS has very unreliable tracking and is widely thought of as more of a delivery confirmation system rather than a live tracking system.
I have to agree USPS doesnt tell you where it's going , when it's going to get there OR EVEN WHERE IT IS ! It just tells you the last place it's been.
No record sounds like a bad number (missing a letter or digit), or the wrong shipping organization (FedEx vs. USPS, for instance).
Expresso, I'm sorry for your troubles, and I am sure it is frustrating. My suggestion would be to pm mark or Chad or call via Skype. This is a great company that really tries to keep everyone happy, but some things are out of there control. This is a great forum with a lot of people trying to help, but frankly, your being kind of a jerk to the people on this forum who are trying to help and not only is it not necessary, but it is getting old
