Hope you are running that on a regulated mod. Seems it would be too slow and cold for a Mech and dripper. Would think you'd need about 100watts just to overcome the ramp-up.

OP - Try it with 26. I personally like 28 gauge parallels 4 strand range.
parallels are tricky is that your first time building them? If so you did a good job.

Where did you read about them? My IPV4s goes to .05 ohms in TC mode.
Thats by design.. TC works best with LOW resistance to almost NON resistance wire, nickel, Titanium and Stainless. Many of the rules we use for Kanthal and Nichrome just don't apply to TC.
This build would do fine on a mech, just would need a pre blow before you do your full inhale! You may benefit from using 2 screwdrivers or drill bits to prevent yourself from coil bending or warping like seen above!
