Parallel 3.7 box mod with regulator

I built my son a 2 AA, 3.7 box mod and someone at work stole it. He wants me to build him a longer lasting one so I'm building him a parallel 14500 3 AA box and would like to use the 8mm x 8mm sealed tactile switch. I read that you could use this switch if you use the 5 volt regulator with control pin but I'm not sure how to wire it up. Could someone help me out? I've built a couple of the 5 volt boxes using this regulator but not sure if it would hook up the same way since I would only be feeding 3.7v. Thanks!

You could build this just like a 5 volt mod with the only difference being that you'd wire the batteries in parallel instead of in series.. So you'd end up with 3.7 volts going into the board instead of 7.4 volts and the regulator will act as a mosfet..
