I still have boxes of personal checks.
There is always MOs.
The question is will USPS stop delivering "tobacco products"

There is a rule against shipping "tobacco" products through USPS. I mentioned it in the Deeming Announcement thread the other night and was told that the Pact Act would have to be changed before they would enforce that with ecigs.

That was stated by another member here at ECF. All bets are off these days IMHO

Looks like Sunray has some storms heading his way...

These are moving about 30+ nmph ( nautical miles per hour ). Currently the gust front in front of the line of storms is about 45 nm away from you and the storms themselves are about 50 nm out. The general direction is SE but they are also sliding a little east as well... so those speeds/directions can only help give an about time till it reaches you. The gust front isn't a really strong one but should give a little prior warning at least. None of these are marked as severe and certainly no tornado warnings yet. The gust front is measuring about 35mph but brief 50mph gusts are not uncommon.

There is some lightning with this as well as 1/4"-1/2" hail at the present ( radar detected, not as reliable as an actual report )

Probably the last update needed on this...

The storm approaching Sunray has been getting weaker all along it's path. Currently the gust front is about 17nm away and the storm behind it around 20nm... moving around 22 nmph give or take. Winds look to be around the same, perhaps slightly weaker but the storm system is also getting pretty close to the radar which affects the accuracy of the wind measurements ( which are relative to the storm/radar and not to the ground per se ). There is still lightning with the system and the hail is only reading as 1/4" in the places that it's shown/detected.

Sounds like good fodder for a class action lawsuit. Denying legitimate business because of percieved wrongdoings by third parties because of government regs at a future date. um, not sure even I understand what I wrote, but I know its got wings.

Yup. And those "perceived wrongdoings" haven't even become law yet...

I need a new mod..
One that's not just a stick
One that won't burn my wick
Or that feels like it's 3 feet thick...

Ok, Huey Lewis and the News may kill me for that one... :D

Considering the recent political bs with the FDA changes... I'm probably going to get a temp control mod sooner instead of later. I'm currently looking at the iStick Pico 75w TC and the Joye Evic VTC Mini... Both use the same chipset and have the same features... if I go with one, it'll be strictly based on usability and/or size. Currently the Evic has a lead... I like the larger display as well as how the info is oriented. The magnetic battery door looks nice.. and my iPV Mini v2 has the screw on battery cap that I just hate. The Evic also doesn't limit the diameter of your tank/dripper... although I don't think I have anything bigger than 22mm anyways. The Pico really only has size and shape advantages in my book... oh, and price also come to think about it.

There was gnarly lightning as it passed through north AL earlier.

That storm line was looking pretty strong earlier and lightning was active all along it's length. Right now, the main lightning is only in the SW portion of the storm and the NE portion, by about where Sunray is and further NE... has dissipated in strength considerably...

I love the Evic, been using it exclusively with the Theorem. Two things I'm most enthralled with are just that. The display is super easy to read, even to these ancient eyes, and the battery door? Yeah, it may be a minor thing I guess, but every time I switch out I'm thankful for it. Takes about 2 seconds.
