I love the Evic, been using it exclusively with the Theorem. Two things I'm most enthralled with are just that. The display is super easy to read, even to these ancient eyes, and the battery door? Yeah, it may be a minor thing I guess, but every time I switch out I'm thankful for it. Takes about 2 seconds.

You know... I'm currently perfectly happy with the ipv Mini v2 ( other than the battery cap I mentioned )... It does everything I currently need and has lasted me a long time. The only lack it has is the temp control. If it wasn't for the FDA changes, I'd wait a bit longer.

Yeah, same here. That's why I'm looking for a couple mechs and other tanks. I'm more than happy with what I've been using, but I'm feeling this isn't the time to be sitting on the fence.

Yeah, same here. That's why I'm looking for a couple mechs and other tanks. I'm more than happy with what I've been using, but I'm feeling this isn't the time to be sitting on the fence.

I'm sure not sitting on any fence right now,it's always better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it my crystal ball is telling me there is going to be more need it's and not have it's sooner than we think

Okays, still connected to my phones internet. Called the comp. dis morning and they found my modem is goin on da fritz and ain't performin like it should frum the testings. A tech will be here sometime before 6 pm. I love the convient appt. time but dats da way it goes. What about the mini D2

At one time I strongly considered the iPV D2 and later the D3... The D2 has a lot of loose battery door issues reported and only does TC with nickel wire. The D3 is suppose to have addressed the issues with the battery door and adds titanium wire to the temp control... Neither are firmware upgradeable though... So we aren't likely to see SS wire added in either model not to mention the TCR modes for a wider variety of TC wire compatibility...

Well I can take checks for a few weeks till I see how this is going to play out but it is not looking good. Paypal won't touch us, MC & VISA now won't touch us...I guess its check and going back to popmoney. The good news if there is any, brick and mortars probably will be able to get around this issue as they sell offline.

yimmie, i have not read through the thread and therefore i am not sure if it has been mentioned but quite a few of the co-op hosts have tried google wallet and had no problems
