I suspect that J got it after finding out that he needed to dilute down the 100mg NIC base with more than just the flavoring itself in order to get to 20-24mg .... then it's just a matter of getting the percentages of everything where you want them.

Yeah. I get that now. For me though, that defeats the purpose I was going for, which is simplicity. Right now, with with my 24mg premixed with 75/25 (which I've just bought a liter of for $30) if I want a 30ml bottle of Latakia (or whatever else) I just mix 24ml of my premixed with 6ml of the flavoring (depending on what it is) and I'm set. Think I'm just gonna order more liters of what I've been getting and continue that way. I find it relatively inexpensive and I've already got about 2 1/2 liters. I've also vaped it with no flavorings and its not too shabby.
