Ok... looks like the weather is targeting the NE more today than the central plains...

The convective t-storm outlook ... this should make those chasers in the NE happy and everyone else on edge ....
Even the tornado outlook is centered to the NE...
If you live in the NE... Remember that just because they've forecasted a higher probability for storms and tornadoes, doesn't mean you will actually see them. Just pay more attention to the weather forecasters in your area, ignore their hype if they spread it ( ie doom and gloom forecasts ), but pay attention to the real info of what is actually happening. It is something to take seriously, but only if the weather is actually heading your way. If you are planning anything, remember to consider that you may need to take shelter and be prepared just in case. Sometimes storms can pop up quickly... so just keep an eye on what is happening around you.
