I finally made it back from the scheduled event...
I may require the next wedding I go to... give me a schedule of the events before I agree to go...
The ceremony was only about a 1/2hr long... but after that, it was an hour before they finally did the cut the cake part and another 45 minutes before they had the toast... I know there were many guests that drove a long way to get there. I still don't understand why they didn't get all of that out of the way shortly after the ceremony was finished and then if a guest wanted to stay and visit after that it'd be ok... but I feel bad for the guests were going to have a long drive ahead still.
Well... it's done... and I've only got one more niece's wedding to worry about...

There were two cakes... but I chose to not have any this time... I had a small sandwich that was pretty good, probably should have had another since I ended up missing supper completely
Here it is the shank on the stem need cutting down but works he also sent a Kfun top kit and a stem kit with it,while he was working on it he also installed a new fire kit and a rubber fire button

Today looks like it's going to be another busier day that originally planned... I'd originally planned to work a little on my Dad's computer after the wedding... then that lasted an hour and half longer than I expected. So I guess I'll be going back to the folks this afternoon... then come back home after the computer work is done so I can get to mowing the lawn and doing the laundry.... Due to the recent rains this last week, the lawn has grown more in one week than it did the previous two... so that will be something I will likely not enjoy more so than I usually don't enjoy it...

RD can you adjust your mower up high ? that's what I do makes it go faster then I go back in a few days with it set lower

The convective t-storm outlook ... this should make those chasers in the NE happy and everyone else on edge ....
Even the tornado outlook is centered to the NE...
If you live in the NE... Remember that just because they've forecasted a higher probability for storms and tornadoes, doesn't mean you will actually see them. Just pay more attention to the weather forecasters in your area, ignore their hype if they spread it ( ie doom and gloom forecasts ), but pay attention to the real info of what is actually happening. It is something to take seriously, but only if the weather is actually heading your way. If you are planning anything, remember to consider that you may need to take shelter and be prepared just in case. Sometimes storms can pop up quickly... so just keep an eye on what is happening around you.
