Pass through-amazing

I have only been vaping for about a month- off analogs since the 1st. I received a manual pt with my kit in dec and thought it was great, then v4life sent me an auto pass through at new years. I jokingly call it my pacifier - it is great, that pt can get me through even the worst of nic fits.
Any chance you can make a portable one with the same power? Would the xl be similar?

The XL is the closest available from V4L right now.A 5v mod would work the same.

I have one of the original auto PTs from 19 months ago and it's still working like a champ (hard to believe, right?) Anyway, I was just wondering how the newer ones compare?
