Pass Through Battery to use in a car

I have been interested in getting a pass through that I can use in my car. I don't have a cigarette lighter but I have multiple ports that look like a cigarette lighter port but I use to charge my cell phone and ipod touch.

I was wondering where I could find one just to use in my car and what all I will need and where would be the best place to find them.

get one of those phone charger adapters that go from 9V port to usb then you can use any pass USB pass threw device.
