In regards to using a pass-through with no battery (directly powered device) and using a LR atomizer would be the worst that could happen with using in computer/laptop USB port? Is it just going to overheat when in use and inwhich case you would just stop using it until it cooled down? Or would it fry the USB port on the computer? What a really wouldn't want to happen would be that it fried my machine...any likely hood of that?

As for the 3× 18650 Batteries Mobile Power Bank Charger USB Output Micro Input With Light | eBay the highest 18650 mah I could find was 3100. So 3 of those would give me 9300 total mah. So if all other things were to remain equal that would give me 9.3 times the normal lifespan of my current ego-c 1000 mah battery? Is that how the math works out. I'm assuming those batteries would be running a parallel and not series...otherwise the volts would just get too high?

I guess if that is the case I may not even need a solar charger for those trips.

I have no idea what circuitry is inside these things, but in general if you try to draw more current from a power source than it is designed to put out you overheat things and that's never a good idea. The end result might vary, but never a good thing...

The department: When it comes to using this stuff with a computer, I didn't buy a $699.00 battery charger with a free bonus lap top built in. Spend the two bucks at Amazon and get an AC to USB power adapter.
