Cafe-Diva has confirmed to me that hangovers are less severe from a night of indulgence with vape vs analogs. And the recovery is easier as well. Shouldn't this be on our Halo ID cards?

Ya know Dave, I don't drink very often, (hey, stop that laughin') just on B-day and New Year's eve. So this was first time since I've been vaping that I drank. I don't know if it was what i was vaping or just the vaping itself, but it was kinda soothing or something. Something to ponder, I think. Hmmmm

i dont drink much either....just Catholic holidays, National Holidays, Canadian Holidays, Summer/Winter Soltice, Spring/Fall Equinox, Blue Moons, Red Moons, days with the temperature over 85, days with the temperature below 60, opening day of Baseball, every Sunday night football game, any day i get off work for personal/sick time, any sports playoffs, if my hair isn't quite working out that day, if i need to put fuel in my car, anytime i call my brother or sister or mother or father, if i start dating someone, if i break up with someone, if i meet someone new, if i have to go grocery shopping, or if date ends with an even or odd number.

Me? Only on days with a "Y" in 'em.

i was watching a pub band on the weekend, and it was way too loud, so I stepped outside for a vape and to give the ears a break, and a nice young lady followed me out for a smoke, I was so tempted to bum one, but I didn't. but the sad story is I didn't talk to her either :(

I use the ice breaker of hey you really should switch over to vaping they are much better for you. Usually sparks up a nice conversation

The difference being vaping is better. It tastes better its cheaper and healthier lead with that and you cant lose. I cant seem to help myself from trying to talk smokers I see into switching and I've had no negative responses. oh and by all means let the cute girl try it, and aren't your fore fathers criminals

yeah, I see the difference.
yes, australian's are proud of their criminal ancestors. mind you, most criminals sent to australia were guilty of petty crimes like stealing a loaf of bread to feed their starving family.
and we celebrate the colourful characters who broke out of prison against all odds, and even some who went around robbing and then killing police who were hunting them down. I guess that was fair, it's not like the police were going to arrest him, they were trying to kill him. kill or be killed.
but if you did that today, well, you're a terrorist ;) it's funny how things change.

I can only drink if my husband is with me! And then only if we are alone, so I hardly ever get to drink. But boy do I have some stories from before I got married! Truthfully me & alcohol don't really mix well together.

Hi-fiving ya Evie! (they need a hi-five emoticon). Been there done that, got the bumper sticker and the tshirt! I always wanted to be one of those chicks that could drink most guys under the table....fastforward a hunnerd yrs.....it never happened. Got tired of visiting my friendly neighborhood emergency room! Now, I only have a little celebratory libation on my bday and New Years Eve.:toast:
