Patriot RDA top cap trouble!

What gives! Just rushed over to a local shop after work before they closed, after looking into some great reviews about the Patriot let alone the production of vapor it gives off! I finally got it, and I can't get this stubborn top cap off to build my coils/wick! It's really annoying as I wanna try this baby tonight! Any tips, ideas? I've tried prying it off being careful not to ruin it's finish and everything, but it won't budge! I guess I'm so used to genie's and how easy it was to just slide on and off the top cap.. Idk! Just super annoyed with this thing, it feels like it's not even supposed to come off!

Put it on a mod. Then pull it off. Lube the rings with a little juice.
