I understand the thread has been "stuck" - thank you penru for jump starting it

While I understand the last PIF has been sitting quite some time - the rules clearly state there is a time-limit on posting the next PIF.

I am not enjoying cracking this whip but to be fair to other PIF'ers who might now be interested in the current PIF - it's back on the table folks.
