I can use paypal here with my local vendors. Paypal won't allow ecig transactions in the US though. Outside the US is ok. I don't know why that is.

It's simple as all h3ll really! Big tobacco got to Pay Pal somehow.

But I used PayPal to Pay for my very first Transaction in eCigs at Health Cabin. But they are in China!

European parliament is making moves to stop Paypal, Visa et al from being able to discriminate against legal businesses. The article refers to Wikileaks but has wider implications.
