PC Allergy Reaction?

Hi All,

I was so excited today as I got my new 901b from puresmoker. I had talked to Steve and had him send me low 11mg liquid, as I had posted before that the high cartridges seemed to be an overdose based on the ultra lights I smoke - even though I smoke 2 packs a day.

So I put in a cartridge and went for the communal smoke break. I was pacing about the same as everyone else, and I had between 12 and 15 good drags. Got back to my desk and in a few moments my pulse was racing, I was dizzy, my speech got a bit slurred and my typing was erratic - all the same stuff as before on the 18mg cartridge.

So, I put in the Zero cartridge and about 1 hour later went for another smoke break. This time, I didn't get the dizzyness etc. - but I started feeling a bit "itchy", started sneezing and my sinuses clogged up, and my throat started to hurt.

Sounds like I'm having a reaction to the PG?? I do use hair products that I checked the labels and they have PG, but I also sometimes get horrible sneezing and red eye attacks in the morning. Maybe this is all related?

Do these sound like PG allergy symptoms? Others describe more stomach related, but I didn't get those.

I've ordered some VG, but I'm back to smoking real cigarettes again. Sometimes I feel like I'm never going to get to make the switch... sigh...

Does sound as if you are having a reaction to PG. JC have liquid that is based on VG, might be worth trying that.

I'm curious to know if "Cash juice" is VG based. I don't know if the new Cash juice was made by him, I assumed it was, but my line of thinking is that if he makes that juice it might be VG based since he is allergic to PG? I'm sure Cash will chime in here and let us know

Don't mind me ... I'm not chiming in ... or am I ? LOL ...

I do not personally make CaSH juice, and its not VG based, sorry guys

Hi All,

So tonight I finally had my VG come in - and I made a mix of 50% Janty RY4 low with 50% VG. I went and purchased a few of those small breath bottles, cleaned them all out - even fibbed to my pharmacy and told them I had lost the 1ml syringe for my cat's medicine to get another one ;-)

I put two drops directly on my mini (the one I first bought from ebay, cause I was worried about messing up my 901b).

WOW! It felt amazing to me. No hurting the back of my throat or making me cough - so smooth. And the vapor is more like I smoke, meaning I can take a drag and have enough for a good inhale, hold and exhale.

I'm feeling great so far - no sneezing, headaches, my pulse is staying stable, etc. I've basically created a 5.5mg liquid this way - and I think that's the answer for me.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone that answered my questions, and gave me so much great advice and tips to read here. I'm encouraged that I'll find the way now with VG to make my switch to totally e-cig.
