How is a pic of that mech mod show what you are trying to say or relate to video updates? How does it relate at all?
Maybe I missed it, but did anyone ever address the 2nd most important aspect to a quality regulated mod, the key word is quality? The first would, of course, be the board. Can one of the people that purchased one tell me what the 2nd is? (hint: it isn't the 510 connection....or the USB port.....or the color.....or the magnetic door....nope, not the batteries either).

Also, did anyone bother to ask if this awesome mod will have protection if the batteries are put in wrong? The DNA will protect you if you put BOTH in the wrong way, but only the device can protect you if one is right and the other is wrong. You guys asked about that....right?

That won't help if one is wrong and the other is right.
That scenario creates a short between the batteries, unless the device has safety measures built in.

Most builders will add a poly fuse, that's why who builds it is extremely important.
A DIY builder will know, but China may not.
But the fuse is more for protection of the cell and not the board.

Well if you watch the videos you would know that its just getting set up the site is not a month old, so still need work and that what some of the holders are for. A gimmick yea maybe but so what just another idea. It cool you dont like the guy the idea the mod that all cool. that no reason to ridicule the buyers and the seller here. I get you don't like it so don't buy it.

As you may or may not know the FDV 510 was designed by craig over on the braketru forum. If i remember the story right Craig gave the plan up. Put the plans into opensource and worked with FDV to get them manufactured in china another piece of china junk but this junk every one wants. So until they are in the FDV baggy they are not a FDV 510. It's just the same supplier sure looks the same to me, guess you would need to get the supplier from FDV to be 100% sure. Sure FDV wont have any problem giving that up......oh wait. but go ahead call Peg a lier about it, not the first time.
This hogwash about the video being edit is pure fantasy it's just more crazy talk if you look on tape 2 not 5.2 tape number 2 @ the 8:00 min mark Peg talks about the FDV 510. Again you guys don't even bother watching the tapes or if you do you only see what you want.
But please don't let fact get in your way. Carry on.

So let's see, this thread has over 7000 views, his videos have over 10,000 (the first one at least), I can't be bother to look at that other YT'ers page. He barley scraped together 250 people. I would say it would have been difficult to fail.
