I was wondering how I could keep my 510 securely in my shirt pocket and took the pen cap/cover off of a Uniball Vision pen and slid it over the cart/atty end of the 510. Fits like a glove, and could even pass for a real pen if someone were to request that you empty your pockets- airport/courts/police station & other security checkpoints.

I just tried it with a Bic pen lid and that won't fit.

I was going through my desk draw a few months ago and found 2 pen caps that would fit a battery. I also found a mechanical pencil with a clip that would fit. This is what mine looks like:

Wondering if pen cap catches leaks? I've had juice in my pocket at work and besides being messy & it's frustrating.
