Is the Penny V3 pre-order already done with, or has it started yet? I've got a V1, and was looking to pick up one of the newer ones in the next few months here.
Not going to be available from Clouds of Vapor? I'm not crazy about the idea of paying for shipping on something from across the ocean.

I initially thought the same thing but I have ordered several things from them and have been very very happy. Shipping is a little high but I have ordered on Saturday and have it by Wednesday. Great service!

I too was "forced" to order from ESG initially because of issues at COV however I'm glad it happened. It costs me an extra $10 US approx. for shipping but that's FedEx not USPS. In return I get outstanding dependable service from ESG and the same on the delivery.
Yup my only gripe with ordering from ESG is every time I order something, as soon as I get it they get another item I wanted to buy back in stock! And by then the original part I ordered was out of stock, so even if I wait I would have to pay shipping twice, or not get both items.
I'm not complaining, though, I totally understand why this is, and I am happy to pay a little more money for peace of mind and high quality products!

A question in general, or for Imeo if you're peepin… I just bought the Penelope Ver2 with the added on Short Kit, and the Penelope V2 Center Post AD Pin New Design….I'm obviously interested in the V3 , what parts do I need to buy that will upgrade my V2 to a V3? I'm not even sure if this is possible or will I have to buy a V3 period? Thanks for your help…..

body and cap are compatible fin, so you have to buy base, mouthpiece and rebuildable part.
penelope V2 and V3 were not meant to be compatible but I finally kept body and cap the same

Actually, I like the slotted screws better. Seems that when using these little screws with Phillips, they strip easier. The screws also have a sort of knurling so you could conceivably put your coil in with your fingers. At the very least, with your finger nails!

just to double check in the gg wiki theres a thread of diferrences betwen penelope v1 vs penelope v2 "diameter 17mm" no diference in the video from Imeo of the v3 he mention the cap and the body are the same as the penelope v2 also confirmed on the gotcha review of the penelope v2 minute 1:47 "diameter 17mm" so safe to said the base of the penelope v3 is also "17mm diameter"?

I already do not understand.
I fail to understand why we can buy:
- Penelope V2 Cap and Penelope V3 Cap;
- Penelope V2 Body and Penelope V3 Body?
How are they different?
These parts were to be compatible.
Why are not named it, eg Penelope V2 / V3 Cap?
