o_O Yah I've scoped out so many in pink and purple. I figure if I'm spending close to 100 bucks, I may as well just wait a few months and get a provari. I have enough small ego's to carry out and about, so a provari may be a nice addition for at home.

Thats a very smart decision, I can't tell you how many mods I bought trying to satisfy my provari fix. Finally, last year I got a provari and I haven't wanted another mod since then.

oh no.. don't say that!!! haha. It just makes me want one NOW. Which after my initial investments.... i really really shouldn't buy one, yet. But I do want one. 140+ for the mini is just a bit too high... Unless that is you know of a deal somewhere haha. I'm not too up to par on them, other than they are like everyone's favorite choice.
Ugh, now i just wanna say screw it and buy one! >.<

click clearence on provape's site for blems or get verified 'n buy a used mini in the classys here, either way it will save you some coin

Yah I put in for getting verified, so just waiting. But also kind of hesitant to buy a used provari. I feel it'd last longer if I just bought new.

Not telling you to buy used over new - only you can make / feel comfortable with your purchase. But FYI - I have 3 Provari's over a year old and all are working just fine. They are well made. Makes me wonder why I spent extra on the extended warranty.

Black Chrome from Dec. 4, 2011
Satin Black from Mar. 15 2012
Satin Black Mini from May 21, 2012

I ain't saying they are the best out there - but I don't know anyone who was disappointed with them.

That's the spirit, Miarose. Besides, even if your dinged up 'vari from the classys (blems add character in my opinion) begins to act wonky you can just send it back to Provape to get touched up. By the way, extended warrenties aren't transferrable - incase the seller makes mention of it for some stupid reason.

Ahh, thanks for that info. I'm sure what I'll end up doing is buying a used one, if i can get it cheap enough, then waiting and getting a new one Lol. I like my ego's but I can tell they are "cheap". Only my spinner is good enough I think, but it charges weird.

I was a heavy smoker (2-3 packs each day) for a little over 20 years. I ended up skipping the middle mods by going from a Blu e-cigarette (the first 2-weeks) to a Provari because not only was the smoking killing me but it was draining my wallet, too.

But the real reason I skipped the middle mods was because someone told me to. And that's what you'll find all over ECF. If you make some friends, online and off then you'll get to where you need to be much faster (and with less expense hopefully). Vape meets are very helpful you'll see, brother.

I think a provari has it use for at home. I'm a very small lady ;) So i'm not too keen on carrying a provari everywhere. My ego's are small, and i already have them, as compared to a vamo or mini. Plus I have an issue with vaping the same flavor constantly. I pick up this one, hit it a bit, then grab the other. I like variety :)

not to be a naysayer but i personally dislike the vari...for some reason i dislike the single button operation....its surely a great piece of machinery, and fires incredibly well...i just cannot get over the one button to do the multitudes of options. i like my evic better for the money...just an opinion and i know quite a few who love theirs, but i prefer the evic...before you go spending gobs of money on a batt like that. at least give it a test drive

Hey ladies and gents! Just stumbled onto this part of the forum and wanted to introduce myself!

My names Matt, and was a pack a day smoker at only 24 years old for the last 7 years.

On July 2nd of this year I received my Vamo V3 and that was the last day I bought a pack. I still have an occasional cigarette but quickly put it out after a couple drags and switch to vaping. I may only smoke about 3 or so cigarettes a week now.

I'll have to read more around here for any gatherings and meet ups.

I'd like to come to the meet I. York on the 17th but unfortunately I will be in Lewistown. I'm right between York an Harrisburg right off of 83 if anyone would ever want to grab a drink and have a vape.

Nah, just the East coast or South Central side of PA is booming lately in this thread (it's about time folks!) Earlier before ya'll showed up, we had mostly Pittsburg 'n Erie peoples chatting it up, with only a few chicks from Scranton.

Now lemme tell ya swiss, I never owned an eVic but I imagine you've seen Nick's review(s) and you gotta admit, they were pretty funny (in a bad way) which didn't exactly encourage one to go out and get it, atleast not with the first version. So I'm a little confused as to how you can see the 'varies 5-click single button operation as more of a hinderance than a help. Do you own a Provari or spent some time with one? If no, then you probably understand it as well as I understand the eVic, because we're both wrong!

Truth be told, my favorite is a Reos bottom juice feeding mod. Gravitated from provari's to reos because I'm a dripper through and through.

For the folks in the audience just tuning in, I was eluding to my brother from another mother - swissfactor, that I take the view that comparisons with other mods are reasonable and fair. I don't have one of everything else and 4 Reos because I feel some altruism towards Rob, but because, very simply, having tried most of everything else - they are the best I have ever come across.

Same with Provari for which I have amounted 3 by now, not because I was allergic to money. Backup for a backup.

It's my opinion that people really ought to try a lot of different things and waste as much money and time as i have, because then their appreciation of the simple benefits and maintenance of a Reo is striking.
