Perfect pipe tobacco flavor

No not at all. Im rotating between the two. They almost compliment one another in some weird way LOL. I am however letting the Coumarin steep for awhile, to me it has a stronger pepper taste. Im hoping, like you said, it will get sweeter in time...
I got HHV Legend in today. Vaping it straight out of the mailbox I get a nutty, almond, coffee flavor. Its very sweet and creates tons of vapor. I ordered it in 18mgNIC 80vg/20pg. Im not a very big fan of the coffee flavored tobacco juices but this one is pretty good. If anyone has had Grumpys Hooch, its very similar to that but not near as strong in that flavor realm. I will let it steep for a week or so before I load it again.
I just accidentally mixed up two liquids in one of my protanks. Refreshing Cantaloupe and Coumarin Pipe, I gotta say its pretty damn good LOL.
I like Legend fresh out of the mailbox, and after a good steeping. It definitively changes after a couple weeks. Glad you are enjoying it.
Grumpys juice is pretty good. I ordered mine at 18mg NIC and there was practically ZERO throat hit. And be ready for a very strong coffee flavor. All in all its not a bad juice just nothing I would purchase again. I did however enjoy they're "Black & Black" juice. Its sweet with a robust tobacco flavor but with a fruity flowery exhale and after taste, its very different. Anyways let me know what you think if you purchase any.
Okay I am going to go out on a limb here and make a radical suggestion. I think I know what you are after. You don't particularly want an authentic purist type of tobacco flavour. You want a sweet sort of synthetic type of juice that emulates the pipe flavour but is not harsh or acrid. So here is my suggestion (and I hope I don't get vilified for making this suggestion) :
Vapor4life: French Pipe. - It's got a pipe flavour, it's a bit sweet and has that aroma of an old style sweet pipe. It's entirely synthetic and cheap and I think Vapor4life are dekang juices. I suggest try it. If not from Vapor4life then anyone who stocks the Chinese dekang juices. I say try this first before you get into any of the acquired 'purists' type of pipe flavours.

I am trying it now and not that impressed? I dont taste any more "tobacco" flavor than other not nie juices?
That's too bad. Don't know what else to say. Patriot is a fine liquid.
I know these juices have been covered already but just to add my two cents:
HHV's extracted tobaccos are wonderful. Legend takes me right back to the wonderful aroma of grandpa's cherry pipe tobacco; I ordered a 30ml before I'd even finished my sample bottle. Oompa, Dragon's Fire and Pirate's Booty are a little different yet in the same vein of being very pleasant and slightly sweet pipe tobacco-esque flavors. The only one I really didn't care for (out of the ones I've tried so far) was Dark Horse, which isn't terrible at all but has a grassy flavor note I'm not crazy for.
Goodejuice: Vita Bella and Organic #1 are awesome smooth tobacco flavors but I've been frustrated by the way they gunk up my clearos. Don't let that stop you from trying them, though; you may not have the same problem with your equipment. Patriot tastes more like a cigar or a strong cigarette to me and I definitely get that "peppery" flavor you describe. I found it kinda off-putting at first but I revisited it after several days and it's actually starting to grow on me.
Edit: One thing I should add about Patriot is that its vapor production is insane even on a very modest setup - in my case, a 3.4V regulated battery and a disposable clearo in the ~2.5 ohm range.
