You bet! I actually sometimes eat hog head cheese. Just fyi, The Best Stop has the best boudin and hog head cheese in the nation. If Clark could make a boudin flavored eliquid he'd corner the eliquid market for Cajuns! On Christmas Eve some families (not even joking) leave boudin and beer out for Santa instead of milk and cookies. "Santa" never complains!
