No description, so assumed its a petition for a new Top Gun movie. I was disappointed.

Minnesota is attempting to classify electronic cigarettes and personal electronic nicotine delivery systems as traditional cigarettes, which would make it illegal to use these devices in public places under Minnesota’s Clean Indoor Air Act. Section 1 of the bill (HF 1931 and SF 2027) defines vapor as smoke, however there has been no substantial evidence presented to date that suggests any harm can be caused by exposure to second-hand vapor, unlike the substantial harm that has been shown to be caused by second-hand cigarette smoke. If this bill passes as written with the inclusion of Section 1, you would lose your right to vape in public. Please become involved with the fight for your right to vape freely by signing this petition, which is asking for Section 1 to be removed from this bill.
