I was noticing in the ingredients of my FA flavor bottles, they are showing PG. Same with CAP flavors, are they the same amount for each mfg?

Question....Is it enough to offset calculations in your mixing and you PG amounts, or is it so minute in the amount that your using, it doesn't matter?

Ive seen calculators that when you put the flavor in the box, a drop down comes down and you choose MFG of that flavor it sets an amount of % to you recipe.....When I use a different calculator you just put a flavor in and do your own %.

but have realized that when you press calculate, the numbers in each calculator are different

Thanks for the help, trying to get these percentages perfect, for that perfect vape

Right, unless you have one of the more unusual flavorings, assume it is all PG. The amount of actual flavoring in most flavorings is miniscule and it would make for a long ratio if you were to attempt to include them all in you PG/VG/PGA/H2O/ABE/ZYK listing. If you are not counting your PG based flavorings as PG in your calculations, your PG/VG ratio calculations are wrong. (Not sure that really matters all that much, but some folks seem to think it's something to be concerned about.)

I've seen lots of calculators that have default flavoring %'s and they are 99.9% likely to be wrong. Assuming a calculator knows the right % of flavoring is a good example of what assume means. I couldn't tell you why you have different numbers for the same inputs, obviously one, or all, of them are wrong. Figure it out what the numbers should be and then stop using the one(s) that are wrong.

Perfect percentages for a perfect vape, that is covered in one of my blogs. (Link in that 3 just to the right of Blog Entries: below my picture.)
