went to walgreens to buy proplyene glycol...pharmaicist told me it was anti-freeze poision and what exactly was I using it for...told her that ethylene was anti-freeze poison not PG...she argued. I brought out my sample bottle of JC juice and showed her PG being the main ingredient. Also informed her it was in ice cream, sour cream, mouth wash, etc...she held fast that it was poison

long story short, they don't have it and she made me feel like I was cooking up something bad. Where can this be purchased if not at Walgreens? I'd prefer in store VS. online...but whatever works

thanks

Did you hit her for being a dumbass?

I wanted too...scarey. I use pharmacists more for RX drug info than Dr's since they should know more...won't be going there...called CVS and he said he could order it for me, takes 1 day...it has to be the solution, not the liquid..liquid apparently needs and script

And what's shipping on a gallon of liquid? Besides waiting for delivery, might just be cheaper and quicker to pick it up at a local store, if possible, no?

Lu

I paid $6.99 shipping... so my total was $29.98. Consider what sales tax you might offset, gasoline (my nearest farm supplier is out in the boonies) travel time (would have taken at least an hour and a half) plus the convenience of having it delivered to your home... the $6.99 was worth it to me. And it made it from Iowa to Louisiana in 2 days, ground.

Ah.. but for the price, the gallon is the way to go. You can share with friends, or sell some to those you are less friendly with :)
