I think I "get it" a bit more now after ordering from FSUSA several bottles in a 50/50. I now see I have to go down on the vg to get more flavor. So far on the ones I've tried the only flavor that's satifying is the Maple syrup...mus be a stronger one. So my main question is...if I go down to a 70/30-80/20 am I going to loseall this gorgeous vapor really notciably? :(

I've found it to be proportional - so you will lose some of the vapor. The other alternative is to increase the flavor portion. I now vape all VG - TW's Platinun Ice (nic base) in VG, TW's Aqueous Glycerin VG and DV flavoring. Using the chart for resultant nic level at the bottom of this page:

... will get you real close and you can add more flavoring as needed. The chart is for a 54mg nic base so only pertains to that. There are other 'calculators' out there for differing nic bases.
