The nicotine varies. But, PG & VG, USP are essentially identical regardless of the source. You can pay top dollar for a 16 oz. bottled water, or 95¢ a gallon for the same thing. If boutique prices make you feel you're getting a better product, go for it. Other than that, make sure it's USP.

The best way is to buy small nic samples from different places and test them yourself unflavored to find your favorite before buying bigger portions. However, if you're not very picky and/or use very low flavoring and/or high-nic, then many of the popular vendors today have nics that are fine for most.

As said, for PG/VG, just go for cheapest USP(or comparabel EP) grade. Most taste the same and the very few that have slight differences, no matter for whatever reason(manufacturing/contamination/water-amount), can pnly be picked up blindtested with unflavored and with having a pretty sensitive palete(and is non-price related).

Yep, for cheap bulk PG/VG there are numerous good reviews from ECF'ers of both Essential Depot and Bulk Apothecary...

Also, it doesn't matter if it's from a feedstore or whatever, as long as it's USP/EP... The big manufacturers sells to whatever vendor for whatever usage needing said product to put there own label upon... But, the two mentioned above are pretty much the cheapest anyways I believe, so no reason to look elsewhere really.
